The GLO Table is a referral and connection group for women solopreneurs and small business owners who are ready to grow their business through meaningful relationships.

Here, every woman has a seat at the table — not just symbolically, but intentionally. We come together to celebrate wins, share the ups and downs of business building, exchange referrals, and support one another’s growth. This isn’t about surface-level networking — it’s about building real community, rooted in trust and generosity.

This is more than a referral group. It’s a table we’re building together — and there’s room for you.

How it Works

Meet

Our structured, one-hour

bi-weekly meetings help

you stay connected,

inspired, and supported.

Connect

At each meeting, you'll be randomly paired with two other members for one-on-one chats before the next meeting.

Refer

Build business together by exchanging warm referrals with other members, aiming to provide a referral at least once per month.

About You

This group is designed for women solopreneurs and small business owners who:

  • Are in their growth phase — still hustling to bring in new clients and expand their impact

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in their profession or business

  • Value authentic, relationship-based referrals

  • Ready to show up consistently, share generously, and support fellow members

One seat per profession:

  • To keep referrals strong and avoid competition, we welcome only one member per industry or specialty (for example, one real estate agent, one web designer, etc.).

Membership Details

Meeting Frequency:

Bi-weekly, 1st & 3rd Thursday

Location:

Cost: $150 Annual Fee

This covers meeting facilitation, admin, and member resources.

Application Process

This helps us get to know you and keep our commitment to one seat per profession.

Member Expectations:

Attend bi-weekly meetings

Execute two coffee chats each month with fellow members (we’ll match you!)

Share at least one warm referral per month

Follow up on referrals promptly

Support fellow members with encouragement, ideas, and connection!
